It takes time to build quality from start to finish. With the winters in Colorado, it's 9 months to a year to do each project. Our crew works on a maximum of 4 projects at a time to maintain quality. Sit down with a cup of coffee and draw up what you want to build. We'll toss in a few ideas to perhaps make it better. Then we're off to the blue line guys to get the blueprints. Next stop is building permits. Well and power house are next. Foundation, septic system, and the log package follow. Finally it's roof, windows and doors and all the appliances.
